Causes the radio's AFC (Automatic Frequency Control) algorithm to be disabled. This may be beneficial for noisy environments, where the AFC's error signal may track to a interference frequency instead of the allocated one. When AFC is disabled, the Reference Oscillator must be kept accurately tuned.
